We understand that life happens unexpectedly and you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. but, in the event this does happen less than 72 hours before your schedules appointment, we need to maintain a credit/debit card on file to charge a cancelation/reschedule fee.
out of respect for our business, stylists and patient clients, we honor a firm 72 hour cancelation policy. (Please read our Policies here). please understand, when we reserve a block for our clients, we are potentially turning away from other clients to keep your time slot secured. our stylists have a waitlist and trying to please everyone.
